The boring but necessary terms and conditions (T&C’s)
1. Our website
1.1 - Our website is operated from the United Kingdom and is directed to consumers within the United Kingdom only.
2. Placing an order
2.1 - All orders made on our website will only be considered active once you have received a confirmation email.
2.2 - If you place and pay for an order and do not receive this confirmation, please inform us using our message form.
2.3 - If we’re unable to complete your order, we will endeavour to inform as soon as possible. You will be offered an alternative product or a full refund.
3. Cancelations
3.1 - If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, you will receive a full refund. You will not receive a refund if you cancel your order after 48 hours of placing it.
3.2 - Once an order has been despatched it cannot be cancelled.
3.3 - You have 7 days after receipt of your order to change your mind and receive a full refund as long as the item is in original packaging, has not been used or damaged, and is returned with 7 working days of you notifying us. Please use the returns form on our website to activate the process.
4. Shipping
4.1 - It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct contact and delivery details. We do not deliver to PO Box address.
4.2 - We reserve the right to not send out orders to certain locations, in this instance we will endeavour to contact you to resolve any problems that your delivery address may pose. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
4.3 - Offshore UK locations may attract additional shipping costs, we will inform you of this allowing you the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund if you wish.
4.4 -Initial shipping costs will be applied at the checkout, these may be subject to change (see above)
4.5 - Our preferred shipping method is Royal Mail 1st class, we may use recorded delivery for larger orders.
4.6 - Ourselves and our couriers will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage if you have requested your order be left outside or given to a neighbour.
5. Goods not received.
5.1 - We aim to dispatch orders 48 hours after we have received payment. Please allow a minimum of additional 5 working days for your parcel to arrive at your delivery address.
5.2 - Please contact your local sorting office to check if your parcel is there before contacting us with a missing delivery.
5.3 - Royal Mail will only respond to our concern regarding a missing parcel 2 weeks after the dispatch date.
